1. Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing to Nexora you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Nexora is offered as a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access remains until the end of the current period.

3. No financial advice

Nexora is a research tool. Nothing generated by the platform constitutes investment advice, and past performance of a backtested strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform, and you may not use it to infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the strategies and code you create in Nexora. You grant us the limited right to store and execute them on your behalf so we can provide the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
