Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect the minimum account data needed to operate Nexora: authentication identifiers (managed by Clerk), email address, and the strategies and backtest results you save while using the platform.

2. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe receives the billing details you enter at checkout and returns a customer identifier that we associate with your Clerk user id.

3. How we use data

Your data is used solely to run backtests, persist your strategies, authenticate you, and manage your subscription. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Third parties

We rely on Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Supabase for storage, and Binance market data for historical candles. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your stored strategies and backtest results.
